Pacific Busy

August 28, 2007

House hunting is hard work. We decided to take a break — in the Pacific. Come on in, dear, the water is fine, over 70 degrees, in fact.

Pacific OC. I snapped this picture quick, before the wave hit him.

Pacific Quilly. OC took his time shooting this pic. The wave hit me three times and soaked my … uhm … me.

There are times when life is really good and it looks like for you this is one of those times.

Mmmmm…. wish I were there! I’ve never seen the Pacific Ocean! It looks well on both of you though!

The Pacific looks just as beautiful where I’m from. Good luck with the house hunting.

House hunting is definately more fun if you can take a break in the pacific.

Beautiful ocean. I wish my feet were in the waves right now.

By golly, Quill, I sure feel bad that you got hit with waves. Poor dear.

I miss that ocean a lot! It really does look like you are having fun!

Polona — it was a brief stop on a packed itinery, but we did manage to squeeze a bit of fun out of it.

Dr. John — the past several weeks has pretty much been “one of those times.”

Melli — Well, at noon we sign the lease on a two bedroom condo. Come visit.

Mumma — it is a great ocean, isn’t it? Is it as blue there as it is here?

Kat — yep — and it’s even better when you find the exact perfect place for the right price and the lease terms you want …. we sign at noon today.

Nessa — come stand by me.

Doug — I knew I could count on you for compassion. Not.

Brooke — mostly we’re busy, but we’ve taken a couple of minute breaks to look around and convince ourselves — me mostly — that I’m really here.

Quilly… “WHY not in your yard?”

    Melli… Thou shalt not steal…

Melli — you and OC take all the fun out of everything. Our appetizer this evening was served on a very fancy triangular plate. I asked OC to clean it really well so I could put it in my purse …. he said no. Pft. :)

Fabulous to see you out of the desert and into the ocean :)

Where did I miss you leaving Friday Harbor and arriving in Hawaii? I love looking at the Ocean (not so keen about going in it). The Atlantic is definently bluer ~ Much Colder

Good luck in finding your house.

haha, the wave hit you three times, hmmmmmmm sounds like someone was indeed taking their time, haha. But you look incredibly happy, and what a beautiful place to live. All looks wonderful :)

Pauline — I love it here. My skin is soft again!

Bill — it happened pretty fast for me, too. Too much had to be done in too little time — and none of it left room for blogging.

Nea — whenever you need a break from your family, hop a plane …

  • Ahhhh, sweet pictures. I can tell from that smile on your face, that you are enjoying your new home!
