The Visitor

September 29, 2007

OC and I have company. He’s a very considerate guest. Mostly he hangs out in the 15 ft. corner of the slanted ceiling. We hardly ever use that spot ourselves.

Oh HE’s cute! Much better than the cockroach! I’d keep him…

  • Brig says:

He’s adorable. Just make sure he understands that if you ever do decide to make use of that space, he’s going to need to move along. ;)

  • polona says:

what a cute fella! and he fends for himself too

  • nessa says:

    Are you selling car insurance?

  • Judy says:

Quilly…..Have you put up a fence? How does he know what is his area and what’s yours? My rule is, if it has a name and a leash it’s an indoor pet. My sister, in Florida, has several of these little fellows in the yard and they are really cute. But, I’m sticking to the (my) rule. However…if he spoke with a country, English accent and had darling fingers and toes like the Geico Insurance salamander/gecko, I’d keep him in my pocket :-) ……. Judy

There sure are a lot of comings and goings.

  • QuillDancer says:

Melli — he is cute, and very well mannered.

Brig — he actually only comes in for the evening. During the day the space is all ours.

Polona — a perfectly unobtrusive house guest.

Nessa — I’m not, but that may be my house guest’s line of work. I’m not certain. He really isn’t very talkative.

Doug — when it comes to bugs I am happiest with the ‘goings’.

I truly loved those lil’ guys on my visits to the islands…so cute!

    P.S.

time for the word game again…do come play!

  • bettygram says:

He is cute. One of the better guests you could have.

  • QuillDancer says:

Betty — he is well-mannered and very quiet.

  • IDiveAtNight says:

He’s small and cute… and can eat tons of bugs! A+ house pet.

Unless you find him in bed some day… then it’s vermin.

  • QuillDancer says:

Morgan — OC was more worried that he’d end up in our sink and/or dishes and when the little fellow ventured a wee bit too far into our space he was scooped into an empty jar and released into the wild.
