*sigh*… the only time I have EVER had a beach to myself was at 2:00 a.m. on a verrry cold November night! I watched God snow on the ocean! By moonlight. Just me. And God. It was GREAT!
Jientje — if anyone could ignore the rain, I suppose it would be you!
Doug — no riff-raff
Melli — well, we weren’t completely alone. A few other intrepid souls were about, but as you can see, not nearby. There were also a good many shrimp clicking and clacking away. I could hear them, but never saw a one! We did meet a teeny-tiny little crab.
This site occasionally features paid posts -- even so, they are 100% my honest opinion. I endeavor to promote only products I have used, or am willing to use, myself.
It looks like paradise, even on a rainy day! Lovely picture Quilly!
Rain’s good for that.

ohhhhh… this sounds perfect to me!
I love having the beach to oneself
(can’t stand a summer crowd)
Lovely shot.
The more I read the more I want to move to Hawaii. I am already tired of snow.
*sigh*
As Elmer Fudd would say, “Time fow a wittle west and wewaxation.”
Sure does look beautiful. I’ll send you some snow if you send me a beach.
Oh, I shouldn’t have come here when it’s only 16 degrees F outside in my state!
Happy Thanksgiving to you!
Great shot Quilly!
Here’s hoping you and OC have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Oh how nice. I bet you thuroughly enjoyed the fresh clean and quiet after all the busyness that can happen.
