Wow! I always loved moving because of the adventure, but across the sea was always a tough one. Consider yourself blessed to have enjoyed Hawaii as long as you have! You will be in prayers, definitely!

Another perspective on job loss: Yesterday on NPR they interviewed a woman who had been out of work for about a year. During that time period her mother died, and at the end, she was with her constantly. She mused, “losing my job freed me up to be with my mom as often as she wanted me to in the last year of her life.” [paraphrase]

So now you can look forward to what doors and windows and vistas God has already prepared for you there!

Wow, congratulations on Friday Harbor! Your photos were stunning and I hope it works out well job-wise for both of you. And hey, now you and I can complain about the ceaseless rain together LOL.

Best of all, I have a sister in Oregon, and I’d love to go out and see her…. hmmm, a trip sometime next year perhaps??

Well, the money is certainly improving on the blogging front. The last update that I remember you had made about 32 cents. lol Looks like a building thing. Who knows where it will lead. I really do hope that you get the job at the private school, and the fact that the school system in WA already sounds interested. Maybe this job loss thing was a blessing in disguise. It’ll allow you to have the time to get ready for the move. I pray that everything goes well for you.
