Indianapolis New Home Builders, Pete Adams and Jim Marshall specialize in gorgeous but afforable homes for active adults. All of their floor plans are two bedroom, two bath. Most of them include a den. My favorite, the Somerset floor plan, includes a covered porch and a den! My other half could have the den. I think I’d like to make a cozy little sitting area and office in the keeping room.
When you visit the Adams Marshall Homes website click on the “Your New Home” tab and visit the design studio. There you get to select your cabinets, hardware, counter tops, faucets, flooring, and color schemes. They have more choices than your favorite home builder’s store! And Adams Marshall Homes has someone to help you through the process of designing your dream home with as little stress as possible.
And speaking of low stress, Indianapolis Maintained Communities, feature Adams Marshall Homes with great yards and professional lawn care service and snow removal. My mate has already let it be known he hopes to never shovel snow again, so this would be a major plus for him!
If you live in Indiana and are looking for Indianapolis New Home Builders, you’re going to want to shop here. Take a look at this commercial — and you might want to click on the others as well. Not only do you get to see the interiors of some gorgeous homes, you’ll enjoy a chuckle, too.

Dreaming of my dream home is one of my favorite activities!

Karen — mine, too! Did you check out the Somerset? Of course, two bedroom homes probably aren’t on your list of dream houses right now!
I wish they were in West Virginia; choosing everything from layout to colour schemes sounds wonderful… and a whole lot easier than home shopping. Or shoveling snow.
Don’t know how I feel about ‘community living’ however. Or actually, yes I do know; but the fun of a new house might outweight that! LOL

Susan — yeah, I grew up rural and city/suburb living isn’t the life for me. I especially don’t want my neighbors telling me what color I can and can’t paint my house of what kind of plants I can or can’t have in my yard, etc.
