You won't miss the year-round heat though. I'm with your partner, I don't ever want to shovel another scoop of snow either! :-) I tell people that I left my shovels up north, one in Nebraska and the other in New Hampshire. And that they can have them if they wish. You can have one if you can find it. I also looked at the Somerset, it fits nicely. I would think about enclosing that covered back porch if allowed by deed restrictions. And I'm with you, the keeping room is the room to have. I have a corner back bedroom for my 'office' and it is sooooo nice to see out back and to feel secluded from the rest of the house. :-) Happy RT! Thank you for peeking in on me again.
