and I will be heading to Montana for a wedding (outdoor wedding by the lake at Whitefish, MT in October at 4pm – how crazy is that!) tomorrow morning at 9am. 5 straight hours of driving does not even sound like fun. And then I have to turn around and do it again to get home.
Don’t forget to sleep or you will be sick again.
I will be back on Mon. and you could call me then. hint , hint HINT (that last one was a big hint) love ya, C
You know that if you don’t blog or visit for a couple of days we will not all go away. Sometimes it can be good to forget about blogging, or not feel obliged. This is a lesson I learnt recently.
bazza’s right, this will be here when you get back. You have to live life to have something to write about!
I hope your Pastor Appreciation went better than one at a local Bapist Church. They had a Pastor appreciation party on Sunday and fired the pastor the following Tuesday.
You forgot …
Sunday 5pm. Get home, take Advil and Alka Seltzer. Crash on sofa. Sleep until 6am Monday morning.
Caryl, call Sunday? See Dan’s advice.
Thank you, Dan. I’m not one for taking advice, but that sounds about right — except, can I sleep in my bed? It is so much more comfortable.
Bazza and Kat, yes, life does supply fodder for the blog — somedays I’m the windshield, some days I’m the bug.
Dr. John being United Methodist, we’d never be able to dismiss a Pastor that quickly without some SOLID grounds. Plus, she’s a pretty awesome lady. I think we’ll keep her for awhile.
Busy times, enjoy them! Hope you have a great weekend.
Glad you made to my place. 🙂
It’s good that you are so busy. remember, an idle mind is the devil’s workshop. 🙂
So, at 1 on Sunday are you feeding the Pastor or Jesus?
I know exactly how you feel! My week has been much the same. Tues 4:30 AM- leave for Pittsburgh, be back home (550 miles all in all) in time for 5:15PM appointment. Wed. 6AM leave for Pittsburgh again. Come home by way of Bradford and do grocery shopping. Thursday- be at work by 6:30 AM, drive til 4:30PM….and so it continued.
Judging from your post, it must have been a contagious thing this week.
Doug — yes.
