Weather Woes
It has been bleak and gray here. The weather has given us more reason to stay in than go out. Ella hasn’t complained. I thought she was content with the Internet, 77 channels on TV, and dozens of videos to choose from, but apparently not. Today when I returned from the grocery store, this sight greeted me.

Awwwww…. poor Ella… she’s not much of a tv girl! She likes reading blogs for a short while… but mostly she likes to be Out & About !!! I warned you! I do bet you were surprised to see her climbing your windows though!
There’s a great many days when I sympathize with how Ella is feeling right now.
I can see the tears. She just can’t be left alone.
Must be my cat doesn’t care for tv either- he does the same thing…
Is she missing Melli?
Poor Ella she must be disappointed ! Grey weather in Hawai ! that doesn’t fit together, lol !
and on it goes….
these are so funny! 🙂
Quilly ~ I wasn’t besmerching Ella’s Virtue in the last comment I made. I was thinking Ella might be bringing a Boyfriend back home from the Islands.
It seems like the Poor Girl needs to get out more. I totally agree with Ella though, I have all these channels and sometimes it it very hard to find anything of merit to watch on TV. You’d think Ella would be keeping in touch with Melli though through the Internet.
Blessings for all of you.
Melli — she seems to like football (or sitting on OC’s lap. I’m not sure which.)
Brig — me, too — I am not used to such grayness in Hawaii.
Dr. John — but she didn’t want to come to the grocery store. I suppose it is because I won’t let her nibble on all the fruits and vegetables.
Cindy — lol!
Carletta — she hasn’t said, but I suppose she must be. Melli is so much more fun than I.
Gattina — Hawaii wouldn’t be this lush and green if it didn’t rain, and to get that rain sometimes (though not always) we have to put up with bad weather.
Andrew — glad you’re enjoying them. What am I going to do for posts when Ella leaves?
Bill — Ella’s boyfriend is a bit young to travel without his mom. And you know, if Ella wanted something to do at home, I wouldn’t mind if she unpacked a couple of these boxes!
Our strawberry patch is very over grown this year, an elephant would have no problem hiding in it! The leaves have fallen of the plum tree now, so she wouldn’t be able to hide up there.
Bazza — you know, of course, that this comment was supposed to be on the Papaya Tree post? Yeah, I thought so.
She looks lonely in that photo, Quilly. Maybe you should have taken her grocery shopping.
Mumma — I am afraid she will be child-snatched if I take her to the grocery store. There are so very many poorly mannered children out and about in public these days and one never knows where they’ve been. Ella is a trusting little thing and she will play with just anybody!
Is it my imagination or is Ella’s wardrobe growing? I’m afraid I can’t feel too much sympathy for her, she is living a very good life and much more adventurous than my own. She does look very cute and tragic sitting in the window like that. Seems she is adept at manipulating her host’s emotions. Clever girl.
Raven, Ella likes to rummage through my sewing scrapes and make herself sarongs. She won’t get to keep them all. So far her wardrobe is a pair of pants, a shirt, two shirts, one bikini, and two pairs of shoes. Oh, she also has a beach towel.
What a spoiled Ella Phlint! She does look awfully cute in your window, but I am having a wee bit of trouble trying to feel sorry for her. Just not happening, hahaha.
