Momentary Pause
I left home at 8:45 a.m. and returned home at 8:15 p.m. Â There was much packed into that 12 hours. Â I am too tired to blog. Â Catch you all tomorrow. Â I promise.

Looking forward to the stories! Rest well Quilly!
Jientje — no great stories. Church, choir practice, 2 hour band practice, 2.5 hour concert — toast for breakfast at 8 a.m., Outback Restaurant for dinner at 7 p.m. — home, where we sat glassy-eyed for about 40 minutes and then gave in and went to bed.
I thought you must be having a busy day. Hope you get some rest.
Barbara — thanks. The day wasn’t strenuous, just long!
Sometimes for me long is strenuous. 🙂
Get your much needed rest. Punny Monday can wait…
::sob::
Mar — I FORGOT Punny Monday — which is sad since I had it all ready and only had to push “post”!
WHAT?! I’m here early and there’s NO Punny Monday!?? LOL! Rest up dear… I’m sure you’ve got FABULOUS tales to share with us!
Melli — no tales. Sunday School, Church, choir practice, 2 hour band practice, 2.5 hour concert — toast for breakfast at 8 a.m., Outback Restaurant for dinner at 7 p.m. — home, where we sat glassy-eyed for about 40 minutes and then gave in and went to bed.
Careful, lest your output falls below the rest of us.
Doug — pft.
That is a long day! Hope you got some rest, and have a good week!
Betty — it was a long day — most of it not air conditioned. It takes a lot of energy to function in this heart and humidity.
I had a day like that on Saturday: 1:30pm – 2:30am! Rest up — it feels incredibly good!
Karen — things to do, laundry to wash — but a good night’s sleep helped!
With a long day like that, I am sure you have lots to share with us! Hope you are well rested today.
Church Lady — I really don’t have lots to share. Sunday School, church service, counting team for me & choir practice for Amoeba, cross-town drive; prep the auditorium for the concert, 2 hour band practice. 2.5 hour concert, cross-town drive, dinner at Outback Steak House, home — finally. It was likely the no food thing that did us in. We had only toast for breakfast and our next meal was about 12 hours later.
I am waiting for what ,where, and how, now i know when.
Betty — many little what, where’s & hows. Mostly hunger.
I’m intrigued to hear where you went and what you did! 🙂
Akelamalu — lots! Very little of it interesting.
Wow – bless your heart. Get some rest!
Linda — rested! Thanks.
Rest up. I’m sure you have fine tales to tell.
Book Review #4 – Drood
Nessa — no tales. Well, maybe one little one.
Rest my friend, will be here when you return.
Thanks, Bill.
Whoa, that day was long. I hope you had a good sleep, and we’ll all have fun *next* Monday, no worries. I slept in late today and took a nap in the afternoon — exhausted for some reason, so believe me my sympathy’s with you!
Susan — sometimes sleep just ins’t restful. That’s how mine was Saturday, so it really made Sunday a trial.
I hope you got some rest!! Happy Punny Monday!!
Deb — I did. Thanks.
I know EXACTLY what you mean! I’ve been after school for the last 2 hours trying to send yearbook pages to the plant over the Internet. Simply exhausting…wish I’d been out at the beach with y’all!
Mellisa — it’s never the “big” stuff that gets us. It’s always the little things.
Sounds like a more than busy day.
Take care !
