Punny Monday #45
Welcome to Punny Monday. Every Sunday evening about midnight Hawaii time I post an original photo and ask my readers to figure out what was going on in my brain (or Amoeba’s) when he/I/we made it.
What phrase does this photo represent? EMAIL your answers and leave a comment designed to either help or confuse your fellow game players. The first contestant to EMAIL me the right answer wins a featured link in my blog which will display until next Monday when we’ll play this little game again. Enjoy.
PLEASE, do not write your guess in the comments. It spoils the game for the other players. Your guesses will be shared when the game ends. Oh, and just because someone announces they’ve won, doesn’t mean that they have. Please keep guessing until I post the answers!

Hmmm, I sent in my guess,
And you won’! Good job. (Why weren’t you sleeping?)
Woo Hoo, I won, I can’t believe that was it,
On, Sunday Night I go to bed for a bit, then get up around 0100 hrs and stay up for awhile, then go back to bed around 0300 or 0400 hrs Monday Am. On Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I am on graves so I get my body on Monday Morning back into the Graves Shifts. I so need a better job.
Soooo it was first come, first served on the Toe Jam this morning, huh? That’s okay! I didn’t want any ANYWAY!!! Congratulations Bill! Well done!
Thanks Melli, Oh that Surprise is in the Mail. Shhhhh !!!!!
I haven’t gotten the e-mail yet…so I’ll wait with a guess 😉
Mar — if the post is up, guess! Sometimes the email is delayed AGES.
Oh my goodness! You’re making my brain hurt.
Kay — that one should have been super easy!
Anyway I have no idea what this could represent, the only thing I see is that these are two different feet, one hairy and the other not. The toe nails are not the same either, the big one on the hairy foot has to be cut at the edge, lol !
Gattina — thanks. Now Amoeba is obsessing on the fact that you think his feet don’t match.
Wow… I’m up in the middle of the night and I’m probably STILL too late for this one!
Melli — yep. And just what are you doing up in the middle of the night?
Both my feet are in my mouth- no idea!
Gel — just add peanut butter.
oh my, u posted early so I could have come in here a couple of hrs ago! haha on me
Gel — it was an accident. I was sleep walking when I did this and not responsible for my actions.
Hopefully, when you were sleepwalking you did not step into any jam! 🙂
(I’ll never look at PB & J the same again.)
I sent in my first guess, though it looks like others are way ahead of me this week.
Barbara — yep. Because I slipped up and posted too early.
Oh boy, another Punny Monday making me hungry. I’ll go get a PBJ while I think on it.
😛
Susan — make one for me, too. Strawberry, please.
Sent a guess but it looks like you’ve got a few hungry bloggers already. 🙂
Welcome to Punny Monday, Jessie! Yeah, we have vultures here who sit at their computers waiting for the appointed hour just so they can win the honor of winning!
Hey, everyone, we have a new player! You all be nice and go say HI to Jessie. Try not to scare her too much! Jessie lives in my home town!
HI Jessie!!!
(is that HI like in Hello or HI like in Hawaii??)
Oh, rats. I am so behind today I couldn’t even get to this until now. And I even have a guess.
Linda — it’s been awhile since you hogged the winner’s circle. You’re slipping!
Good grief. Nothing like being 10 hours after the winner! LOL
When you post at midnight it’s 5 AM here in Texas. So if you post early, it’s REALLY the middle of the night! And then I was extra late. Ay yi yi. Such PUNishment.
One of these weeks maybe you’ll “accidentally” post at 3:00 a.m. . .
Actually Linda, come January I am going to move to the Pacific time zone. Then you’ll really think you’re being PUNished.
Crap I’m so low on the totem pole and I bet I know this one LOL Oh well.!!!
Thom — I posted early last night. You must have already gone to bed!
As usual I have absolutely no idea! LOL
Akelamalu — you’ve never heard of toe jam? Aren’t you lucky!
I am most likely way off…I’d love to hear the answer…please?
🙂
Ha! had to look it up. Couldn’t have known the answer, I have never had that. Double Ha!!
Mar — you’ve never had Peanut Butter? Oh my!
I meant Toe Jam.
I have an unopened jar of peanut butter. I am afraid of the calories running free if I open it. Dreaming of carrot sticks with PB mmmmhhhh!
Mar — I like my PB in celery. In fact, I think I’ll go have some! Thanx for the suggestion!
what the…
what’s PBJ anyway???
Peanut Butter & Jelly = PBJ. Do you not know Peanut Butter? I am shocked!
peanut butter we know. but with jelly… well, that sounds weird. anyhow, who am i to judge culinary tastes. we eat different stuff and there’s nothing wrong with that.
No, Polona, our eating habits are not that different, but we’re two people separated by a common language. For “jelly” (gelatine), substitute “jam”. Have a look here, and cut to the bottom of the page for the footnote (asterisk) to “jelly”.
Bill, congrads!!! A tasty win…. 🙂
