Punny Monday #26
Welcome to Punny Monday. Every Sunday evening about midnight Pacific Daylight Savings Time I post an original photo and ask my readers to figure out what was going on in my brain (or Amoeba’s) when he/I/we made it.
What noun does this photo represent? EMAIL your answers and leave a comment designed to either help or confuse your fellow game players. The first contestant to EMAIL me the right answer wins a featured link in my blog which will display until next Monday when we’ll play this little game again. Enjoy.
PLEASE, do not write your guess in the comments. It spoils the game for the other players. Your guesses will be shared when the game ends. Oh, and just because someone announces they’ve won, doesn’t mean that they have. Please keep guessing until I post the answers!

I need 4 cups of coffee, we’ll talk after that 😉
Mar — if you can hear while vibrating that fast!
This is how my eyes work at 3 a.m! 🙂
Gel — hmm, I don’t know how my eyes work at 3 a.m., they are usually closed.
Just a noun, huh? So “four square meals” won’t do — and neither will “deerly beloved”. and with only one head in one square, I guess “headquarters” is out too. Well I’m out of ideas.
Susan — but your ideas were fun!
Oh, and I identify with this photo for many reasons, some of which should remain private lol.
Gel — now we’re curious.
Well, er, um, blush… I identify with the guess that I sent in that didn’t even make a list: “weirdo” (As in weird doe). Great challenge and congrats to your sister Susan!
I think that’s a good one!
wow, none that I would be comfortabel saying outloud, I am afraid!! Will be interesting to see the answer to this one. xooxox
Caryl — how odd. You typed plenty of them (in a list instead of a row!) and they were all publicly acceptable.
oh dang nab it !!!! I forgot…… ROW not list
xooxxoxoxoox
.
I’ll keep thinking. Ooops, just got an idea, got to run to the e-Mail!
..
Jim — is that why I got three in a row each a minute apart?
Well it ain’t a HOUSE divided, that’s for sure!!! But my email is not working from the hospital for some reason… I will TRY but I doubt you will get my guesses. OH MAYBE if I use my gmail account!
Melli — I gt your guess. You are correct, this isn’t a house!
I’m just confused……yep, just confused!
How do you do, Jane Just Confused. I hope you have a grand day. 😉
Huh? What were you smoking when you came up with this one?! I am completely stumped.
Linda — nope. Not smoked venison. Sorry.
Love it… think I have an idea….
Raven — and it was a good idea!
A noun, eh? Hmmm It would help to know if it was one word or not. I know I won’t be “first” today anyway, but I will keep thinking.
I never did send in an answer — I was thinking “quartered” but didn’t think that was it. But I knew I was too “be-hind” to win at any rate.:D
Love the pun, Barbara. Your comment is a winner even if you didn’t play this week!
Shoot, I thought of hinds, too.
Doug — yeah, you probably thought of kicking a few when you couldn’t figure out the answer — but I did love your guess!
i dont get it…
Tilden — a female deer is also called a Hind ….
Oh, here is a new word for this blogger! no wonder I had no clue whatsoever!
Mar — as a teacher I am pleased to contribute to your continuing education! 😉
a cute one but i would never have guessed (my only punny brain cell must have suffered a heat stroke)
how do you come up with this stuff? haha!
I never would have guessed!
***OOops I congratulated your sister by the wrong name in this comment thread. CONGRATS Caryll!!!!
thanks Gel, I answer to so many I never even noticed. Good luck to you for next week
I keep forgetting to check on Monday morning – no, I didn’t read my email!
I like the quarter where she looks like she’s peeking under the box.
